  • Leading data mapping, data flow design, integration architecture, and migration strategy across source and target systems

  • Ensuring alignment between business requirements, application architecture, data structures, and integration solutions

  • Coordinating effectively with the implementation vendor, Salesforce, and other key delivery partners on architecture and design decisions

  • Supporting the identification and management of dependencies, risks, and architectural constraints across the program

  • Ensuring alignment across business and IT stakeholders in multiple geographies in regards to Data Architecture, including the US, China, Japan, and Europe

  • Supporting governance, design authority, data quality, integration standards, and rollout readiness

Candidate profile:

  • Proven experience as a Data & Integration Architect on large, complex CRM transformation programs in regulated industries, ideally with experience in pharma or life sciences

  • Excellent knowledge of Salesforce data models, integration patterns, and enterprise application architecture, and preferably experience with Veeva CRM

  • Solid experience with data migration strategy, interface design, master data considerations, and system interoperability

  • Demonstrated experience working on international projects across the US, China, Japan, and Europe

  • Experience working in multi-stakeholder environments involving internal leadership, vendors, software providers, and offshore teams

  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and coordination skills

Start date: From mid-August

Location: Preferably based in Denmark
