Latino Legends is hiring on behalf of a rapidly growing international e-commerce company that serves customers across the United States, United Kingdom, Australia, Canada, and New Zealand. Known for its customer-first approach and strong brand loyalty, the company is looking for a dedicated Customer Support Agent to help deliver an exceptional customer experience across US and UK markets.

What You'll Do

  • Respond to customer inquiries via email, live chat, and social media messaging with professionalism, empathy, and speed.

  • Assist customers with order updates, shipping questions, tracking, address changes, exchanges, and product recommendations.

  • Manage subscriptions, cancellations, refunds, and general billing inquiries.

  • Coordinate with third-party logistics providers to resolve delivery issues and proactively communicate updates to customers.

  • Answer pre-purchase product questions to help customers make informed buying decisions.

  • Maintain accurate ticket documentation, tagging, and resolution to support reporting and continuous improvement.

  • Deliver a consistently positive customer experience that reflects the company's brand values.

What We're Looking For

  • 3–5+ years of experience in customer support, preferably within e-commerce or direct-to-consumer (DTC) businesses.

  • Experience using customer support platforms such as RichPanel, Gorgias, Zendesk, or similar.

  • Familiarity with Shopify or other e-commerce platforms.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage a steady volume of customer inquiries.

  • Comfortable working independently in a remote, asynchronous environment.

  • Reliable internet connection and equipment.

  • Availability to work the scheduled US business hours.
