Latino Legends is hiring on behalf of a rapidly growing international e-commerce company that serves customers across the United States, United Kingdom, Australia, Canada, and New Zealand. Known for its customer-first approach and strong brand loyalty, the company is looking for a dedicated Customer Support Agent to help deliver an exceptional customer experience across US and UK markets.

Respond to customer inquiries via email, live chat, and social media messaging with professionalism, empathy, and speed.
Assist customers with order updates, shipping questions, tracking, address changes, exchanges, and product recommendations.
Manage subscriptions, cancellations, refunds, and general billing inquiries.
Coordinate with third-party logistics providers to resolve delivery issues and proactively communicate updates to customers.
Answer pre-purchase product questions to help customers make informed buying decisions.
Maintain accurate ticket documentation, tagging, and resolution to support reporting and continuous improvement.
Deliver a consistently positive customer experience that reflects the company's brand values.
3–5+ years of experience in customer support, preferably within e-commerce or direct-to-consumer (DTC) businesses.
Experience using customer support platforms such as RichPanel, Gorgias, Zendesk, or similar.
Familiarity with Shopify or other e-commerce platforms.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage a steady volume of customer inquiries.
Comfortable working independently in a remote, asynchronous environment.
Reliable internet connection and equipment.
Availability to work the scheduled US business hours.
Friendly, patient, and professional communicator.
Strong sense of ownership and accountability.
Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset.
Detail-oriented and highly organized.
Self-motivated, dependable, and comfortable working with minimal supervision.
Able to communicate naturally while adapting to a casual, customer-focused brand voice.
Excellent written communication skills with the ability to communicate naturally with US and UK customers.
