Customer Success Specialist - Real Estate Industry Experience (Preferred) Providing Tier 3 Tech Support & Troubleshooting via chat or email for multiple technology platforms. Candidate must have experience in troubleshooting technology issues, replicating issues, and resolving issues Our company supports a wide range of real estate tools and provides technical support and training on real estate tools. The ideal candidate will have several years working with real estate agents and brokerages The ideal candidate will have experience with real estate technology solutions like CRM, Transaction Management, Social Media, and Calendars. Responsibilities: • Compile and distribute weekly/monthly reports and communicate key results to the rest of the team to ensure company goals are being met • Fulfill client requests for information or other relevant transaction services in a quick and friendly manner • Fill out all appropriate paperwork and file in the customer database to assist the real estate team in closing deals • Provide technical support to real estate agents on real estate technology solutions and services • Provide administrative support to real estate agents using real estate technology tools and services • Provide trainings on technology to real estate agents • High Output & Quick Turnaround • Customer Service Mindset • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment • Troubleshooting and resolving product-related issues • Ability to navigate products using internal training documents and articles • Preferred previous customer service experience through a ticketing system or Email interface • Preferred tech support and troubleshooting experience in a remote position • Time-management skills and the ability to establish reasonable and attainable deadlines for resolution • Being able to work independently • Ability to read through problems to resolve issues Qualifications: • Background in real estate is required for this position • Understands how to utilize a database for processing client information and how to use Microsoft Office to create necessary documents • Experience working with real estate agents in companies such as Keller Williams, Compass, Remax, Century 21, etc • Experience working with real estate technology solutions • Previous experience in tech support • Ability to troubleshoot • High-speed internet • Good written and verbal communication • Attention to detail and good problem-solving skills • Microsoft Office & Excel experience Compensation: $40,000 - $55,000 yearly
