Customer Success Manager

About the role

As a Customer Success Manager at fullthrottle.ai, you will own a portfolio of accounts, driving retention, revenue growth, and strategic partnership. You will be the primary point of contact for your clients, translating their marketing objectives into measurable outcomes on our platform. This role combines hands-on account management with strategic advisory, ensuring clients maximize the value of our privacy-compliant, first-party data solutions.

What you'll do

• Own and grow a roster of advertiser accounts across assigned line of business, driving retention, expansion, and measurable business impact

• Lead strategic client conversations to uncover growth opportunities, drive upsells, and identify gaps in service delivery or platform utilization

• Demonstrate strong commercial acumen by identifying expansion opportunities, pitching new solutions, and driving incremental revenue within existing accounts

• Design and execute campaign strategies within the fullthrottle.ai platform, providing expertise on audience targeting, first-party data, and performance optimization

• Ensure client campaigns are successful by providing regular reporting on campaign goals, delivering strategic solutions and optimizations to meet identified KPIs

• Become an expert on the fullthrottle.ai platform and best practices, offering insights to clients on how to improve campaigns and leverage first-party data capabilities

• Provide continual training and education to clients on new features, platform updates, and emerging use cases

• Work with Product and Platform Success teams to identify client needs and influence product roadmap decisions

• Partner with cross-functional teams (Sales, Platform Success, Product) to rapidly onboard new customers and identify expansion opportunities

• Take accountability for client outcomes, ensuring satisfaction, retention, and achievement of performance targets

• Adopt a proactive, hands-on approach in solving client challenges, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring seamless execution

• Participate in in-person and virtual client engagements including presentations, Quarterly Business Reviews, training sessions, and strategic planning

Qualifications

You are a relationship builder and strategic problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You have deep expertise in programmatic advertising and understand how to translate platform capabilities into client success. You are proactive, curious, and driven by integrity and empathy.

• 4+ years of relevant experience in account management, campaign strategy, or execution within the programmatic, adtech, or marketing technology space

• At least 2 years of direct client-facing experience managing relationships and driving outcomes

• Proven track record of growing accounts through strong client relationships, understanding their objectives, and recommending strategic solutions

• Demonstrated ability to identify revenue opportunities within existing accounts, pitch new solutions persuasively, and drive incremental business growth

• Deep understanding of Real-Time Bidding (RTB), DSPs, and programmatic advertising fundamentals

• Strong ability to simplify and communicate technical concepts with confidence, translating platform capabilities for non-technical audiences

• Outstanding analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the ability to troubleshoot issues and optimize performance

• Excellent organizational skills, time management, and ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

• Proven success in managing client relationships and delivering service excellence with measurable outcomes

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build trust and alignment across teams and clients
