Immediate Job Opening for Customer Service Supervisor - Import Operations - Remote Position

Experience working for a freight forwarder handling import cargo.
We are proud to offer the position of Customer Service Supervisor to be based at the NY/NJ area. Position is available for immediate appointment. Qualified candidates will be offered competitive salary and all standard benefits.

Professional experience:
  • Minimum 3 years experience handling all aspects of import operations from
    beginning to end.
  • Familiar with customs regulations and insuring compliance and minimizing
    disruptions.
  • In depth understanding of shipping regulations including customs procedures and
    documentation requirements.
  • Proven track record of customer satisfaction that includes fostering relationships.
  • Experience handling cross border moves.
  • Ability to work in high pressure environments.
  • Experience negotiating rates with carriers, trucking companies and vendors in
    general.
  • Technologically savvy.
