Creator Warehouse is the merchandise company behind lttstore.com, the popular creator-focused e-commerce storefront for Linus Media Group and their channels.

Creator Warehouse (CW) is looking for a Customer Service Representative to help ensure we keep up with ever-changing customer demand. We want the same amazing, high-quality Linus Tech Tips (LTT) merchandise that we’ve become known for to carry over to the after sales experience!

At Creator Warehouse, we know that maintaining a solutions-oriented, friendly, and accessible customer service team is paramount to safeguarding our relationship with our customer base. Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, you’ll be on the front lines, ensuring that the needs of our customers are being met in a timely manner. You’ll also ensure opportunities for improving our overall customer experience are communicated internally, so we can respond to customer feedback.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

 As Customer Service Representative Contractor, your scope of work will include, but are not limited to the following:

• Ensure all customer inquiries are responded to in an efficient, friendly, and timely manner, primarily through email-based customer relationship management software
• Using our Shopify web store’s backend system, process exchanges, refunds, credits for returned merchandise, and other administrative needs as requested by the customer
• Using your best judgment, escalate more-complex customer issues to senior team members

• Categorize interactions with customers so that macro-level customer issues may be resolved by other internal departments
• Other duties as may be assigned by the Customer Service Manager

What You Bring as a Contractor

• Minimum of 1 year experience in a customer service role or other customer-facing environment
• Strong English language fluency and written communication skills
• High emotional intelligence & ability to understand and empathize with our customers
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact with people of varying personalities
• Strong attention to detail
• Have a working computer capable of running browser-based applications (Creator Warehouse will be unable to provide equipment for contractor use)
• Typing speed of 60 words per minute or faster
  

What's Nice to Have

• Experience using CRM software such as Gorgias, ZenDesk, Salesforce, et. al.
• Prior experience in a Shopify-hosted store or similar e-commerce backend environment
• French language skills are considered a plus 
• Flexible schedule with availability to work extended hours
• Interest in e-commerce
