Position Overview:
The primary focus of the Customer Service Representative is to provide quality service to our customers. The CSR will effectively communicate with a diverse customer base via phone, email, and fax in order to respond to inquiries, place orders, solve problems, obtain information, set-up repairs/returns, and communicate product information; as well as perform related duties as required.

What You’ll Do:
Customer Service & Customer Support
Provide superior customer service by effectively responding to all inbound customer calls, emails, and faxes.
Support customers by providing solutions related to:
Order inquiries, including tracking information and product ETAs.
Product advice and knowledge.
Product availability information.
Account changes and updates.
Product returns and repair support, including logging product and service complaints in a timely and professional manner.
Provide outbound communication as needed to resolve issues and follow up with customers.
Order Management & Operational Coordination
Accurately process customer orders and pricing functions within the ERP system.
Obtain and coordinate custom shipment and expedited freight requests, ensuring orders are properly documented and successfully completed in partnership with the Operations team.
Monitor and facilitate order fulfillment activities to support customer requirements and delivery expectations.
Systems, Data Management & Performance
Utilize all available tools, including ERP and CRM systems, to effectively perform daily responsibilities.
Create, maintain, and update customer records in ERP and CRM systems, including:
Order preferences
Product-specific feedback
Address information
Billing information
Contact preferences
Achieve assigned performance goals, metrics, and service standards.
Other duties as assigned
QualificationsWhat You’ll Bring:
Two years’ customer service experience in either a call center environment featuring a moderate to high volume of inbound and outbound calls or a manufacturing environment
Experience with an order management system, including a CRM is preferred.
Or an equivalent combination of training and experience.
Travel Requirements
Travel up to 5%
Compensation Range: $20-$22/hr
The pay range reflects the minimum and maximum target for the position at the time of posting. Within the range, the compensation will be determined based on education/training, skill set, experience, and other organizational needs.

Remote Environment
This position is fully remote, meaning you will perform your work from a home office or another approved location rather than a traditional company office. As a remote team member, you will be expected to maintain a reliable internet connection, a productive and distraction-free work environment, and consistent availability during established business hours. Regular communication and collaboration will take place through virtual tools (e.g., video conferencing, messaging platforms, and email), and you will be responsible for staying engaged, meeting deadlines, and participating in team meetings and company initiatives. While the role offers flexibility and eliminates commuting, it also requires a high level of self-motivation, organization, and accountability to be successful.
