You will act as a strategic advisor to marketing leaders, helping them optimize their demand generation engines and pipeline using Docket's AI agents. You will also be responsible for driving expansion opportunities, creating playbooks, and proving ROI through quarterly value reviews.
About the role
Docket builds AI agents that become part of a B2B company's demand gen engine. Our Website Agent turns anonymous traffic into qualified conversations, Agent Qualified Leads (AQLs) and booked meetings, and we expand into ABM, inbound automation, paid ads acceleration, technical docs and product-led growth.
We're hiring a Customer Growth Strategist to join our Customer Success team. You've run demand gen yourself. Now you'll sit beside our customers' marketing leaders and help them get the most pipeline out of Docket: where it fits in their stack, which accounts and audiences to go after, which campaigns and content to build, and which agent to add next.
This is a strategic advisor role, not a campaign execution role. You'll work alongside our Customer Success Managers, who own each customer relationship day to day. You'll sit in Customer Success, not Marketing: you won't run Docket's own campaigns; you'll help our customers run theirs.
What you'll do
Plan with customers: run demand gen discovery with marketing leaders, map their stack and funnel, and show where Docket drives the most pipeline
Turn agent data into strategy: use what buyers ask, which accounts engage and where traffic leaks to shape positioning, content, campaigns and ABM lists
Lead the next agent: build the plan for each customer's next agent type (ABM, inbound, paid ads, technical docs, PLG) and get it live
Prove ROI: tie agent results to pipeline, cost per lead and return on ad spend in quarterly Value Reviews
Drive expansion: spot growth opportunities and build the business case with the VP of Customer Success
Feed proof to Marketing: surface the strongest results for case studies and testimonials
Make the team better: create playbooks and templates the Customer Success team uses across every account
Run on AI yourself: use AI tools and Docket's own agent data to build strategy, reports and playbooks fast
What success looks like in year one
Every customer in the expansion stage has a next-agent plan, and most have a second agent live
Every quarterly Value Review shows pipeline and ROI where we have CRM and ad data
The accounts you support produce a set share of Docket's expansion pipeline, against a target agreed in your first 30 days
Customer marketing leaders see you as a peer, and ask for you by name
The team runs your playbooks without you in the room
Who you are
6+ years in B2B SaaS demand generation, including time as a demand gen manager or director
Hands-on with ABM, paid media, content and SEO/AEO, and marketing attribution
You've owned a pipeline number and can explain what moved it
Fluent in HubSpot or Salesforce, and comfortable pulling and reading your own data
Credible in front of a CMO: you lead with insight and numbers, not features
Curious about AI and how it changes the funnel
Clear writer and presenter; turns data into a story and a decision
Nice to have
Experience with conversational marketing, intent data or ABM platforms (6sense, Demandbase, Clay)
Agency or consulting experience advising several companies at once
Experience selling to or working in a startup
