As a Corporate Recruiter at FMX, you'll play an important role in helping our team grow. You'll partner closely with hiring managers across the business to attract, engage, and hire talent as we continue to scale. From sourcing and interviewing to offer acceptance, you'll own the full recruiting process while helping create a positive experience for every candidate.

Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruiting process for a variety of roles across the business, from job posting and sourcing through interviews and offers.
- Manage a consistent, fast-paced workload of 10-12 active requisitions while delivering a high-quality hiring experience.
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, develop interview plans, and make confident hiring decisions.
- Source and engage top talent through a variety of channels while building strong pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Maintain and strengthen FMX's employer brand across job boards, career pages, and other recruiting channels.
- Ensure a thoughtful, timely, and positive candidate experience throughout every stage of the hiring process.
- Support compensation conversations by sharing salary, bonus, and benefits information and researching market trends.
- Maintain accurate recruiting data and optimize workflows within our applicant tracking system (Workable).
- Explore and implement new recruiting tools, including AI-powered solutions, to improve sourcing, efficiency, and the candidate experience.
- Continuously improve recruiting processes by partnering with hiring managers, promoting structured and inclusive interviewing practices, and staying current on industry best practices.
- Gather feedback from new hires to identify opportunities to improve the hiring process and overall candidate experience.
Requirements
Preferred Experience & Qualities:
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, owning the recruiting process from start to finish
- Experience recruiting in a SaaS or other fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- A strong generalist recruiting background with experience hiring across a variety of corporate functions, including Sales, Engineering, Customer Success, Marketing, and Operations.
- Experience managing multiple open requisitions in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high-quality candidate experience.
- Strong sourcing skills with experience engaging passive candidates and building talent pipelines.
- Experience partnering with hiring managers to define hiring needs and guide the interview and selection process.
- Confident communicator with strong offer and negotiation skills.
- Experience using an applicant tracking system (ATS) and leveraging recruiting data to improve hiring outcomes.
- Curiosity and enthusiasm for using new tools, including AI, to improve recruiting processes and efficiency.
- Highly organized, collaborative, and able to prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment.
- A commitment to continuous learning and staying current on recruiting best practices.

- Final Interview: A 60-minute panel interview with a few hiring managers you’ll be working with on a daily basis.

Compensation:
- This position offers a base salary and is eligible for our company performance bonus. Total on-target earnings (OTE) are expected to range from $85,000 to $95,000 annually.
