They will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions through data-backed marketing initiatives.
Position Summary
We are hiring a Content Strategist to lead content strategy for Rocket Clicks’ family law clients. You will set each client's content and brand strategy, run the editorial calendar, and optimize the team’s function as a production engine using AI- and automation-powered workflows. The role requires an aptitude for data-driven decision-making, regularly reviewing performance to structure pillars, topics, hooks, formats, and holistic content packaging around demand generation, white space thought leadership, and competitor gaps. As such, every plan is measured against clear targets for traffic, engagement, and conversion.
Key Responsibilities
Build and own data-driven content strategies tied to each client's goals, including brand awareness, lead generation, mid-to-bottom funnel outcomes, and customer retention
Own the content marketing engine of our clients, chiefly focused on organic social and lifecycle sequences via direct email
Choose strategic priorities using search demand, competitor gap analysis, and client performance data
Define the content marketing mix and build the editorial calendar from it, mapping pillars, topics, formats, channels, owners, and publish dates so content stays balanced and on schedule
Configure a content marketing scorecard based on measurable KPIs, such as website traffic, rankings, engagement, conversions, and ROI
Take ownership of hitting or exceeding scorecard targets each reporting period, and when a metric falls short, diagnose the cause and put a corrective plan in place
Write and edit content independently, from blog articles and landing page copy to social captions and email, producing clean, on-brand drafts quickly and with minimal revisions
Use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and the AI features in SEMrush and HubSpot to speed up audience research, content briefs, first drafts, and performance analysis
Edit and fact-check all AI-assisted content for accuracy, brand voice, and compliance before it is published
Own content style guides and governance standards for voice, tone, and quality, and build them into repeatable AI workflows, such as skills and cross-platform integrations, so every draft is held to the same standard
Collaborate with the Multimedia Content Producer across organic and paid media, sharing the performance insights that should shape their work
Work with SEO, paid media, and web development so content supports active campaigns
Track content performance across social platforms (YouTube Analytics, Meta Business Suite), web analytics (Google Analytics), marketing automation (HubSpot), and SEO tools (SEMrush), and adjust strategy based on the results
Design and run A/B tests on headlines, formats, and CTAs, and turn the results into updated guidelines for the team
Monitor competitors, industry trends, and new formats and platforms, and propose tests for the promising ones
Oversee how content assets are organized so they can be reused and repurposed
Own social media distribution for clients, from scheduling and publishing to tracking engagement together with the Multimedia Content Producer
Required Qualifications

Possesses the efficiency and endurance to digest, analyze, and synthesize industry and market-level insights about our clients
