Consultor(a) SAP SuccessFactors LMS - Pleno/Sênior

A vaga busca um profissional com experiência em SAP SuccessFactors Learning (LMS) para atuar em implementações, melhorias e sustentação (AMS). O foco é apoiar clientes na gestão de treinamentos, aprendizagem e compliance, desde o levantamento de requisitos até a configuração, testes, implantação e suporte pós-go-live.

Principais atividades

Configurar e administrar o módulo SuccessFactors LMS.
Levantar requisitos e desenhar soluções para os clientes.
Gerenciar treinamentos, currículos, certificações, catálogos e atribuições.
Realizar troubleshooting, análise de causa raiz e resolução de incidentes.
Apoiar integrações com outros módulos do SuccessFactors e sistemas externos.
Executar testes, documentação, cutover, go-live e hypercare.
Atuar diretamente com clientes, conduzindo workshops e reuniões.

Requisitos principais

Experiência sólida com SAP SuccessFactors Learning (LMS).
Conhecimento funcional avançado das configurações e processos do módulo.
Vivência com levantamento de requisitos, desenho de soluções e suporte.
Capacidade de atuar com autonomia e resolver problemas complexos.
Experiência com testes, documentação e relacionamento com clientes.
Perfil consultivo, analítico e orientado a soluções.
Inglês para projetos internacionais.

Diferenciais
Certificação SAP SuccessFactors Learning.
Experiência em implementações completas de LMS.
Conhecimento em integrações (Integration Center, APIs).
Conhecimento de Employee Central, Talent, IAS/IPS.

Perfil ideal: Profissional Pleno ou Sênior, com perfil consultivo e hands-on, capaz de conectar necessidades de negócio com a solução técnica, propor melhorias, questionar requisitos quando necessário e conduzir demandas de forma independente junto aos clientes.
