Consulting Associate – 12 Month Paid Development Program
Houston (on-site) or Remote | No prior experience required

Curious about how businesses work? Enjoy solving problems and making things better? Our paid 12-month Development Program is for people with the attitude, curiosity and discipline to grow into capable consultants. You will receive training, coaching and supervised work on real client projects. Prior consulting or professional experience is not required.

How you will learn
You will get hands-on project experience, coaching from experienced practitioners, formal learning sessions and guided self-study. Responsibilities grow as you show capability. We welcome early-career applicants and career changers; show us how you learn and solve problems through study, personal projects, volunteering or other experience.

Program details

Houston participants must live locally and be available for in-person learning and project work.
Remote participants must be available for an agreed overlap with US business hours.
This is a fixed-term program and a permanent role is not guaranteed. At 12 months, we review performance, learning progress, delivery quality and business needs, and strong performers may be offered a full-time role at Digineox.

What you will do

Learn to analyze business problems, ask useful questions and develop practical solutions.
Support client and internal projects through research, data analysis, process mapping and documentation.
Help capture requirements, test solutions and prepare presentations and training materials.
Build project management skills by tracking tasks, actions and deadlines and reporting progress.
Learn how digital tools and AI can improve business processes and use them responsibly.

Compensation and benefits
Houston: competitive hourly pay. International pay is set at or above local market and based on skills, experience and assessment results. Competitive pay and benefits, which may include paid time off, health coverage, training and professional development, depending on location and engaging entity.
