The Compensation Analyst provides cross-organizational support by evaluating compensation matters, including job classifications, incentive payments, and market analysis. They collaborate with HR and business stakeholders to provide data-driven recommendations that align with enterprise policies and regulatory requirements.
Reporting to the Compensation Operations Manager, the Compensation Analyst will provide cross-organizational compensation support across the Leidos enterprise. This role independently evaluates moderately complex compensation matters, applies compensation principles, policies, and regulatory requirements, and provides data driven guidance and recommendations to Total Rewards Partners, HR, and business stakeholders.
The Compensation Analyst will serve as a compensation resource on recurring and ad hoc matters, including job and pay actions, incentive payments, job evaluation and FLSA classification, market analysis, and enterprise compensation initiatives. This role requires strong analytical judgment, technical capability, attention to detail, and the ability to translate compensation data into clear insights and recommendations.
The role is highly collaborative and requires effective communication and partnership across the Total Rewards team and broader HR community.
