About the Role
DBSync (mydbsync.com) is hiring a Cloud Alliances & Marketplace Growth Manager to build and own our go-to-market presence across AWS, Google Cloud, and Microsoft Azure. This is a founder-adjacent, build-from-zero role: you will personally get DBSync live and selling on all three marketplaces, recruit and activate Managed Service Providers (MSPs) as resell/co-sell partners, and work hand-in-hand with our engineering team to prioritize the marketplace-specific and cloud-native features needed to win in each ecosystem.
This is not a generic partnerships or channel sales role. We need someone who has actually done the work — someone who has taken a SaaS product through AWS Marketplace/ISV Accelerate, understands GCP Marketplace and Azure Marketplace/Co-sell (Microsoft AppSource, Azure Consumption Commitment deals), and knows how MSPs make money reselling software so they'll actually pick up the phone.

DBSync is a B2B data integration, workflow automation, and cloud replication SaaS platform serving enterprise customers on SAP, Dynamics 365, NetSuite, Workday, and Salesforce. We operate with an EOS/Traction methodology and a customers-first philosophy, and you'll be working directly with our founder/CEO and engineering leadership to shape a brand-new growth channel for the company.
Location: Bangalore (Remote)
Shift Timings: U.K. Shift (1:30 PM IST - 10:30 PM IST)
