About the position:
The Clinical Education – Preceptor Sourcing Coordinator is responsible for building and expanding AMO's national clinical network by identifying, engaging, and developing partnerships with physicians, physician assistants, nurse practitioners, and healthcare organizations that support clinical education programs.
This is a highly results-driven role designed for professionals who already possess a strong foundation in clinical education, healthcare recruitment, provider relations, clinical coordination, or credentialing and are motivated to make an immediate impact. While AMO provides training on our systems, processes, and platform, successful candidates bring industry knowledge, professional judgment, and the confidence to quickly operate with a high level of independence. This role is remote, but the Clinical Education – Preceptor Sourcing Coordinator is expected to collaborate with teammates virtually on a regular basis to ensure team goals are met and recruited leads successfully transition into active clinical training sites and preceptor partnerships. The company also maintains an office in Chicago that the Coordinator may utilize on an as-needed basis.
The Clinical Education – Preceptor Sourcing Coordinator owns a strategic recruitment pipeline from initial outreach through onboarding readiness, balancing relationship-building with measurable business outcomes. Success in this role is driven by thoughtful execution—not simply outreach volume. High performers know how to prioritize opportunities, build trusted relationships, and consistently convert conversations into long-term clinical partnerships that support AMO's continued growth.
This position is best suited for professionals who thrive in an environment built on ownership, accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Individuals who enjoy solving problems, thinking strategically, and delivering measurable results will excel in this role.
While this position can be fully remote, we are looking for candidates to be residents of Alabama, Florida, Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Michigan, New York, Ohio, or Texas.
