Salary: P120,000 - P155,000 (Monthly Package)

Schedule: Monday – Friday (09:00 AM - 06:00 PM AEST)

What are we looking for?

Skills Required:

  • At least 5 years of experience in an Infrastructure Citrix & Support role.
  • Experience as a Citrix Engineer/Administrator with responsibilities including support, implementation, and upgrades/migrations.
  • Experience with Citrix technologies such as XenDesktop, XenApp, Citrix NetScaler/ADC, StoreFront, Citrix Provisioning Services, and Citrix Cloud.
  • Troubleshooting and managing Thin clients, Citrix licensing, and PVS/MCS services.
  • SSL Certificate Management.
  • Experience with Microsoft RDS & Terminal Services.
  • Basic knowledge of network fundamentals required.
  • Experience with Microsoft Server 2012 or above.

Nice to Have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in information management, Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or equivalent
  • A proven ability to demonstrate initiative and attention to detail.

What will you do?

  • Provide technical support for second-level infrastructure and above.
  • Effectively manage and promptly address client incidents and requests to meet the required SLA's. This will be accomplished by efficiently working through a queue of assigned tickets.
  • Ensure that information security policies and procedures are consistently followed and adhered to.
  • Be the go-to person for the level one support teams and help them with any escalations they need.
  • Adhere to the standards outlined in the ITIL Framework by following the processes related to Incident, Security, Problem, and Change Management.
