Job Type: Permanent Full-Time
Location: Remote
Pay: $6.00–$8.00/hour
We’re a family-owned and operated kitchen, bath, and flooring remodeling company located in Southern California. We’ve been in business for over 40 years and are looking for the right people to join our growing team.
Our mission is to improve people’s lives by transforming their surroundings and providing a fun, hassle-free remodeling experience.
Do you want to transform your career? Start here.
This is a progressive role designed to transition from Campaign Coordinator to Campaign Manager.
You will begin as a Campaign Coordinator at $6.00/hour, where your first three months will focus on learning our campaign processes, systems, reporting structure, playbooks, and expectations while taking increasing ownership of campaign operations.
After successfully completing the initial three-month period and demonstrating readiness for the next level, you will transition into the Campaign Manager role at $8.00/hour.
High performers may transition earlier. If you demonstrate strong ownership, accuracy, leadership, and consistently exceed expectations during your first month, the transition to Campaign Manager may happen before the three-month period is completed.
The goal is to develop someone who can confidently take full ownership of our internal campaign operations.
We are looking for a numbers-driven Campaign Coordinator who can grow into a Campaign Manager and eventually take ownership of our internal marketing engine, including SMS, Email, Newsletters, Internal Sales Campaigns, and other lead-generation initiatives.
We don’t manage campaigns based on gut feeling. We manage based on statistical reality, strategy, and measurable results.
During the Coordinator stage, you will work closely with the team to execute, monitor, audit, and report on campaigns while developing a strong understanding of our processes and performance standards.
As you transition into the Campaign Manager role, you will take greater ownership of campaign strategy, forecasting, reporting, team coordination, and the numbers behind the customer journey.
You will be expected to understand the math behind our campaigns and work backward from business goals to determine the outreach, lead volume, and campaign activity required to achieve our targets.
