Series Remote, our fully remote studio, is seeking Call Center Representatives for our flagship Eastside Platform. This support-based contract position is based out of our remote studio in London.

You'll collaborate closely with on-site teams at the Series Marietta studio in Ohio, as well as with our parent company Sailboat Games, to support thousands of Eastside Platform customers over the phone.

This position offers a starting wage of $13 per hour, applicable across the United States, with potential variations globally. We assure availability of this role for a duration of 12 months.

Requirements

  • Experience:
    • Previous customer service experience preferred, but not required.
    • Experience with Google Workspace Admin a plus.
  • Communication Skills:
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Ability to use gender-neutral language and customer pronouns to ensure inclusivity in all interactions.
    • Ability to actively listen to and understand customer needs.
    • Empathy and patience when handling challenging customer interactions.
    • Clear and professional phone etiquette.
    • Fluency in languages other than English is a plus, particularly Spanish.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., Google Sheets).
    • Ability to learn and navigate call center software quickly.
  • Problem-Solving and Critical Thinking:
    • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues effectively.
    • Resourcefulness in finding solutions and providing alternatives.
    • Strong decision-making skills.

    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
