We distribute premium aesthetic, injectables, medical device, and regenerative products trusted by Healthcare Professionals (HCP) across the country. This role is remote. As a member of the inside sales team, you’ll be the engine behind our inside sales operation: generating leads, managing a full sales pipeline, providing field coverage for open U.S. territories, and working cross-functionally to drive revenue across Med Spas, Dermatology, and Plastic Surgery practices.

What You’ll Do
• Own the full sales cycle, inbound conversion, outbound prospecting, and pipeline management via CRM
• Generate new leads through targeted cold calls, email campaigns, and social outreach
• Provide virtual territory coverage for open U.S. markets and field rep support
• Build and nurture long-term HCP relationships with a focus on practice growth and ROI
• Partner with marketing, field sales, and customer service to deliver a seamless HCP experience
• Track all activity in Salesforce or HubSpot and report on performance metrics regularly
What You Bring
• 4–5 years of proven inside sales success in medical aesthetics, injectables, or regenerative biologics.
• Deep understanding of K-Aesthetics, biologics, and/or regenerative medicine strongly preferred
• Consistent quota attainment and a hunter mentality
• CRM proficiency (HubSpot or Salesforce) and comfort with data-driven selling
• Strong virtual communication and presentation skills across multiple time zones
• Experience working with a Sales Staff as an internal client is a significant plus
• Bachelor’s degree a plus
