Position Description

The Business Development Manager (BDM) is responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding market share within the physician and medical aesthetics marketplace. This role focuses on consultative selling of advanced anti-aging and skincare solutions, building long-term partnerships, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. The BDM manages the full sales cycle—from prospecting and relationship building to post-sale implementation and account optimization—while ensuring compliance and profitability.


This position supports the Arizona/Las Vegas territory, and candidates must reside within AZ/NV.



Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve and exceed territory sales objectives through strategic planning and disciplined execution.
  • Develop new business opportunities by identifying, qualifying, and converting prospective accounts.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with physicians, practice managers, and key decision-makers to drive product adoption and loyalty.
  • Build an annual business plan that drives Practitioner engagement and patient demand generation, inclusive of promotional events,
  • Conduct consultative sales presentations and product demonstrations, leveraging clinical data and brand strategies, leveraging the “Revision Way of Selling”.
  • Deliver practice development support, including staff training, marketing strategies, and patient engagement programs.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, including account demographics, sales history, and pipeline activity.
  • Monitor business performance trends, accurately forecast business plan, and provide corrective action, gap closer solutions to mitigate risk.
  • Manage sample inventory and ensure compliance with company guidelines.
  • Stay current on industry trends, competitive landscape, and clinical advancements through ongoing education and company-sponsored training.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and clinical teams to optimize customer and consumer experience.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and educational programs.
  • Uphold company values integrity, compliance, and ethical business practices.

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.
  • 3+ years of proven sales experience in a quota-driven role
  • Demonstrated success using consultative and value-based selling techniques.
  • Strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and ability to identify market opportunities.
  • Ability to travel up to 60% within territory locally and for national meetings.
  • Must be based in a key market within the territory
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and self-motivation.

 

Preferred Skills

  • 2+ years of aesthetic, dermatology, medical device, or specialty pharmaceutical experience strongly preferred.
  • Former aesthetician or clinical background is a plus.

 

Competencies

  • Expertise in practice development and business planning.
  • Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to problem-solve and make decisions quickly in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM systems, and digital tools; comfort with leveraging AI-driven insights and social media for business growth.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset—“thinks like a business owner”.
  • Digitally savvy and adaptable to emerging technologies.

 

Position is commensurate with experience.

 

Physical Requirements and Work Environment

This role requires regular travel and the ability to effectively perform work in a variety of professional environments, including customer sites, healthcare settings, conferences, and company locations. Responsibilities may involve extended periods of driving, standing, walking, and presenting, as well as transporting materials necessary to support customer interactions and business objectives. Work environments and physical requirements may vary based on business needs. Compensation

The target base salary range for this role is $85,000-$105,000 per year. This range reflects the anticipated compensation for the role. Where pay falls withing the range may vary based on many factors, including, but not limited to, job responsibilities, skills, experience, education, certifications, location and applicable geographic pay zones, market conditions, internal equity and business considerations. Compensation decisions are made based on an assessment of the candidate’s qualifications and the totality of relevant factors.
