Our client is an international B2B fintech company providing modern cross-border payment and banking solutions to businesses worldwide. They offer multi-currency business accounts, dedicated UK, EU, and US IBANs, FX services, corporate cards, international payments, and treasury solutions. Their products simplify global transactions, currency exchange, and financial operations for SMEs and enterprise clients across Europe, the UAE, and other international markets.
As a Sales Manager, you will have the exciting challenge of owning the entire commercial cycle. You will work to define product structures, acquire merchants, onboard partners, and close deals. Focused on the high-risk payments business within the iGaming and fintech sectors, you will help create and develop offerings for high-risk and medium-risk industries such as gaming, gambling, affiliate marketing, and trading.
Develop and manage relationships with high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs), entrepreneurs, investors, family offices, and business owners.
Leverage an existing network and client portfolio to identify and attract new business opportunities.
Understand clients' financial needs and present suitable solutions across cross-border payments, FX, banking, treasury, and related financial services.
Act as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact for clients, building long-term relationships and ensuring a high level of service.
Identify opportunities to expand client relationships and introduce additional products and services.
Collaborate with internal teams to structure solutions tailored to client requirements.
Represent the company at industry events, networking activities, and client meetings.
Contribute to the growth of the business by bringing new relationships, partnerships, and market opportunities.
Demonstrate leadership potential and contribute to the future development of the commercial function.
Previous or current experience as a Private Banker, Relationship Manager, Wealth Manager, Corporate Banker, or similar client-facing financial services role.
Proven experience managing relationships with HNWIs, entrepreneurs, investors, family offices, or business owners.
Existing portfolio of clients and strong professional network.
Strong understanding of cross-border payments, FX, banking, treasury services, wealth management, and investment structures.
Ability to build trust and maintain long-term client relationships.
Commercial mindset with experience identifying and developing new business opportunities.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Leadership potential and interest in growing into a management role over time.
Fluent English.
Ability to translate business needs into clear product and operational requirements
