The Account Manager, South Moravia is responsible for managing and developing a portfolio of assigned customers, driving regional commercial success, and strengthening strategic long‑term customer partnerships. This position reports to the Sales Manager and is part of the Commercial / Sales Organization, working remotely to cover South Moravia.
Ideal candidate location: South Moravia. Travel to other regions of the Czech Republic should also be expected.

You will be a part of the Sales Team and report to the Sales Manager, responsible for managing opportunities, projects, installation and maintenance of Beckman Coulter products in Czechia. If you thrive in a fast-paced role and want to work to build a world-class organization—read on.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
Manage and develop a portfolio of assigned customers within South Moravia and additional regions as needed
Build and maintain long-term, strategic relationships with key clients
Act as the primary point of contact for customers in the assigned territory
Prepare commercial offers, pricing proposals and contractual documentation
Maintain accurate CRM records and manage customer requests, escalations and complaints
The essential requirements of the job include:
Master’s degree (or equivalent) in Clinical Chemistry, Biomedicine, Clinical Laboratory Sciences or Medical Technology
Multiple years of experience in customer-facing commercial roles within clinical diagnostics or laboratory environments
Very good command of spoken and written in Czech and English; Ability to travel extensively (approx. 85%)
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
Laboratory automation is an advantage
Strong analytical or strategic thinking
