You’ll lead with purpose, breaking down barriers to innovation in a more connected, compassionate world. We are seeking a committed professional to join our Accelerated Technologies team.

As part of the Accelerated Technologies Business Unit, Neuromodulation and Pelvic Health are pillars of growth, improving lives of people living with neurological disorders and chronic pain. The Sr. Sales Representative manages territory base business and growth by coordinating, supporting and implementing strategic initiatives for market development. This role will report to the Accelerated Technologies Business Leader for Romania and Moldova and will require 60-70% of traveling across the area of responsibility: Romania (direct business model) & Moldova (channel partners).

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

  • Own the success metrics to drive adoption of the PH and NM therapies within targeted accounts
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Strategic Account Management, Market Access, Customer Care, Legal, Tender and Regulatory) to increase market penetration and share while complying with internal processes
  • Develop and execute therapy development plans for each target account to support long term market growth
  • Provide on-site technical support during initial procedures to ensure the proper use
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with HCP and other relevant stakeholders
  • Achieve designated sales targets in line with regional/cluster sales objectives

Required Knowledge and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree and +5 years of experience in pharmaceutical or medical device industry
  • Experience with physicians in Pelvic Health, Neuromodulation related accounts (preferred)
  • Team oriented
  • Solid job skills in business planning, reimbursement climate, communication and negotiation
  • Ability to follow work processes to ensure high quality of the daily activity in accordance with internal rules and procedures
  • Fluent in Romanian and English
