As we expand across Japan, Korea, LATAM, Southeast Asia, Africa, Thailand, and Malaysia, we’re looking for Business Development Manager who knows how to turn relationships into real growth.

What you'll do:


  • Take ownership of growth in your region, building a network that drives long-term value for both our partners and our business;
  • Activate and expand your network of brokers, affiliates, and trading communities;
  • Build partnerships that generate funded clients and recurring activity;
  • Identify and develop high-impact opportunities in your region;
  • Represent Traders Trust locally and grow our presence;
  • Operate independently with full ownership of your results;
  • Any other duties and responsibilities relevant to the role.



You need these qualifications:


  • Active and trusted network of IBs, affiliates, traders, educators, or trading communities;
  • Strong regional knowledge and local connections;
  • Ability to generate business independently;
  • Highly self-driven and results-orientated;
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadliness;
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to close partnerships that translate into recurring revenue;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
  • Demonstrates long-term thinking, building sustainable partnerships rather than chasing short-term wins.
