ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY 

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth across the UK. This role will play a key part in identifying, developing, and converting new client opportunities while building long-term, strategic relationships across multiple industries.

 

Key activities:

  • Identify, approach, and convert new business opportunities across target sectors
  • Manage complex, consultative sales cycles from initial engagement through to contract close
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships across the UK
  • Drive renewals and upselling opportunities through strategic account management
  • Work closely with internal technical and delivery teams to ensure credible, value-based solutions for clients
  • Contribute to sustainable and stable revenue growth in a fast-paced, competitive environment
  • Conducting in-person visits and engaging in cold calls to cultivate and sustain relationships
  • Collaboration with colleagues across various business areas to maximise sales opportunities
  • Administer in the company's CRM system and other systems linked to the responsibility
