To drive our marketing objectives in South India, we are looking for a Brand Marketing Manager, who will be responsible for scaling the brand’s presence.

About the Role:

Paytm is looking for an individual who’ll be playing a major role in the execution of various marketing campaigns

for the Brand Marketing team at Paytm. The role demands you to have the right mix of analytical skills, creative aptitude, and eagerness to learn! 

Expectations/ Requirements :

1. Works closely with cross-functional teams and operations departments to streamline processes, facilitate efficient project execution, and ensure seamless coordination throughout the brand development and implementation lifecycle.

2.  To strategize, ideate & if required,  write good copy that works across all formats ie. BTL/ATL/Digital/offline/In-App comms.

3. work on multiple categories within Paytm (UPI, Recharges, Bill Payments, Lending, insurance, etc)

Needs to be a multi-tasker, take full ownership of work with full responsibility & deliver quality campaign communication on time (Important).

4. Draft impactful briefs should be able to actively contribute to the thinking and communication strategy.

Skills that will help you succeed in this role:

1. 5-8 years of experience in Brand Marketing with well-rounded experience of working on both ATL & BTL communication campaigns. 

2. Experience working with an Add agency or digital agency or a new age company.

3. Excellent communication skills

4. Should be able to contribute innovative ideas to brand campaigns and collateral, collaborating with in-house design teams and external agencies.

5. Execute visually compelling materials/campaigns that reflect brand identity and resonate with target audiences across various channels.

6. High proficiency in the English language is required.

7. Should be well versed with Microsoft Office/Google Worksheets - to track campaign performance, make strategic presentations, etc.
