B2B Sales Representative - IT Services (MSP)

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced B2B Sales Representative to support a U.S.-based Managed Service Provider (MSP) serving small businesses. The ideal candidate is a confident, relationship-driven sales professional who can engage prospects, identify business needs, and turn opportunities into paying clients.

The company has developed a proprietary sales application leveraging Seamless.ai to support lead generation and prospecting. Your primary responsibility will be to turn those opportunities into meaningful conversations and successfully closed deals.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage prospective U.S. business clients through outbound calls and follow-up communications.
• Build relationships with business owners and decision-makers.
• Use the company's proprietary sales platform to identify and manage sales opportunities.
• Understand prospects' IT support and technology consulting needs.
• Communicate the value of managed IT services and AI-driven business solutions.
• Handle objections, negotiate effectively, and close new business.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline progress.
• Collaborate with the team to improve outreach and conversion strategies.

• Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within the U.S. market.
• Strong background in outbound prospecting, cold calling, and closing deals.
• Fluent English with excellent verbal communication skills.
• Ability to build trust and establish relationships with U.S. business owners.
• Strong negotiation, objection-handling, and follow-up skills.
• Comfortable working independently and using sales technology.
• Results-driven mindset with demonstrated sales performance.

Nice to Have

• Experience selling Managed IT Services, MSP solutions, or technology consulting.
• Familiarity with Seamless.ai or similar prospecting platforms.
• Knowledge of AI-powered business solutions and automation.
• Experience selling to small businesses with fewer than 50 employees.
• Familiarity with the U.S. East Coast business environment.
