Our client is seeking an experienced B2B Marketing Manager to lead the strategy and execution of marketing initiatives that drive customer acquisition, brand awareness, and revenue growth across its business products.
The ideal candidate is a commercially driven B2B marketer with fintech experience and a proven track record of driving qualified lead generation, executing integrated marketing campaigns, and delivering measurable business growth. You will work closely with the Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to accelerate pipeline growth and expand the company's B2B customer base.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute comprehensive B2B marketing strategies that generate qualified business leads and drive revenue growth.
Own and optimize the entire B2B marketing funnel—from awareness and lead generation to nurturing, conversion, and customer acquisition.
Plan, launch, and manage integrated marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.
Design and execute Account-Based Marketing (ABM) initiatives targeting SMEs and enterprise customers.
Collaborate closely with the Sales team to improve lead quality, conversion rates, and pipeline performance.
Build strategic partnerships that increase product adoption and market reach.
Manage LinkedIn marketing, email campaigns, webinars, events, and outbound marketing initiatives.
Develop compelling marketing materials, including sales collateral, pitch decks, product brochures, case studies, and customer success stories.
Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer insights to identify new growth opportunities.
Monitor campaign performance using key marketing metrics and continuously optimize for better ROI.
Work closely with Product, Design, Content, and Customer Success teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives.
Manage marketing budgets and ensure efficient allocation of resources.
Build scalable lead generation processes, dashboards, and marketing performance reports.
Requirements
Key Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, Economics, Finance, Digital Marketing, Communications, or any other related field.
5+ years' B2B marketing experience.
Fintech experience is mandatory.
Proven experience marketing SaaS, fintech, payments, financial products or other technology solutions to businesses.
Strong hands-on experience in B2B demand generation, ABM, CRM and marketing automation platforms, SEO, Google Analytics (GA4), Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, email and performance marketing, CRO, A/B testing, campaign analytics, and content marketing. Knowledge of webinar/event marketing and SQL or other data analysis tools is an advantage.
Strong understanding of B2B customer acquisition.
Strong commercial acumen with excellent analytical, communication, project management, and stakeholder management skills.
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently in a remote environment.
Creative problem solver with a strong bias for execution.
Comfortable working with cross-functional teams.

Compensation: Base pay ranges between N500k – N1m monthly (based on experience) + other benefits
