The Associate Manager will develop and execute fundraising strategies, cultivate donor relationships, and coordinate campaigns and events within universities and student societies. They are also responsible for managing national volunteer networks, maintaining donor databases, and ensuring fundraising targets are met through effective planning.

Position Overview
We have an exciting opportunity for an Associate Manager (Student Societies & Schools) position within the Fundraising department. The Associate Manager (Student Societies & Schools) will support the development and execution of fundraising strategies to secure financial resources that advance the organisation’s mission. Working closely with the Fundraising Manager and wider team, this role helps cultivate donor relationships, coordinate fundraising campaigns and events in universities and student societies, and manages communications. The Associate Manager (Student Societies & Schools) plays a key role in ensuring fundraising targets are met through effective planning, stakeholder engagement, and data-driven decision-making.
