If so, Atlanta Holistic Family Law is seeking an Associate Attorney to join our team. This position is currently offered as a remote position (with occasional in-person court appearances and team gatherings) however, we are open to discussing this position being hybrid or in-office for the right candidate. Responsibilities: • Strategically plan and navigate divorces and family law disputes with clients in an empowered, positive, and healthy manner. • Advocate for clients in court when necessary, demonstrating strong litigation skills. • Maintain clear communication with clients and team members to ensure transparency and clarity. • Prepare for and attend mediation/court hearings. • Review/prepare appropriate pleadings and correspondence to client, opposing counsel, mediators, Courts, etc. • Case management to proactively move cases forward. • Delegate tasks effectively to maintain productivity and clarity within the team. • Contribute to the evolution of firm systems, workflows, procedures, and tasks to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Qualifications: • 3+ years of family law litigation experience in Georgia. • Passion for assisting clients through family transitions with empathy and understanding. • Proficiency in technology necessary for remote work. Experience in working with Clio (Case Management System), Clinked (Project Management System), SharePoint, Microsoft, and Excel are a plus but not necessary. Compensation: $90,000 - $130,000 yearly
