You will lead the future of food services through a combination of great products and an entrepreneurial spirit. You will foster and develop professional relationships with food service customers and optimize base sales, NPD & promotions. You will be responsible for driving distribution and collaboration in the food service segment, including HORECA, BIS, airlines and others. Your drive will lead you to deliver the field KPI's and hit your annual objectives.
How you will contribute
You will:
- Business Development: Develop existing accounts and identify new opportunities.
- Distributor Management: Build and manage strong relationships with distributors to grow the channel.
- Brand Presence: Drive the availability and brand presence of Mondelez brands within the channel nationwide.
- Market Activity: Ideate, implement and monitor collaborations, concurrently researching market trends and competitor activity.
- Forecasting & Budgeting: Assist and support in forecasting and budgeting work for the channel.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner closely with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Category Planning, Customer Finance, and Customer Service & Logistics) to optimize commercial outcomes.

Preferred requirements for the role:
- Commercial Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in FMCG/CPG sales or commercial roles, with proven exposure to key accounts and distributor management.
- Analytical Fluency: Strong data literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power BI to analyze sales trends, distributor inventory, and promotional ROI.
