The Assistant Director of Recruitment will lead and supervise a team of recruiters to optimize recruitment processes and meet staffing goals. They are responsible for developing training, managing recruitment technology, and utilizing data metrics to drive performance and profitability.

BASIC PURPOSE:
The Assistant Director of Recruitment “ADR” will provide leadership to a team of Recruiters who are responsible for recruiting and placing professionals for assignments throughout the US. The ADR will optimize recruitment processes, enhancing candidate experiences, and contributing to the overall success of our organization. They will provide the leadership and strategic initiative needed to support the Recruitment team efforts in maintaining an active pool of professionals who can be matched to client needs, ultimately impacting fill rate, revenue, and profitability.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Education:
High School diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree in Business Administration or related field preferred or any equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential functions of the job.
Company equipment(laptop, monitor, keyboard, mouse headset) will be provided directly to you for use during employment.
