Job Knowledge and Complexity

  • Executes sales strategies for responsible area, in line with global objectives, using the balanced scorecard.

Responsibilities

  • Grows business by constantly seeking new opportunities/new contacts.
  • Manages customer contact and frequency of contact within designated area, creates a call plan.
  • Adopts Key Account Manager approach to high potential customers and develops specific partnership strategy.
  • Organizes, plans, and executes sales and training seminars in line with sales strategy.
  • Reduces spending and minimizes returns like on scrap products.
  • May manage consignment stocks and ensures regular turn of the stock and count.
  • Gathers, presents, and documents in CRM relevant market/industry information to increase knowledge and grow sales.
  • Analyzes sales data and develops plans to act on market and industry data.

Supervision

  • Sets plans and directions which may influence others within function/department.
  • Does not lead a team. May provide non-managerial direction or guidance to peers or junior employees.

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree, or an international equivalent in a related field is.
  • A minimum of 4 years’ relevant experience.
