About the Role:
The Appointment Setter & Lead Qualification Specialist will be responsible for engaging with inbound leads generated through Meta (Facebook and Instagram) advertising campaigns, qualifying prospects, nurturing relationships, and scheduling consultations with the company's leadership team. This is a client-facing position requiring outstanding communication skills, emotional intelligence, and a consultative mindset. The ideal candidate will thrive in relationship-driven conversations, maintain consistent follow-up over extended periods, and create a seamless experience from the initial inquiry through the appointment booking process. This position will begin as part-time with a clear opportunity to transition into a full-time role as business volume increases.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Response & Qualification
- Respond promptly to every new inbound lead during business hours.
- Contact leads through phone calls, text messages, and email.
- Qualify prospects beyond the initial lead form by confirming:
- Project type
- Budget (minimum furniture investment of $80,000)
- Home value
- Overall project fit
- Understand each prospect's motivations and goals through thoughtful, consultative conversations.
Lead Nurturing
- Maintain personalized follow-up with prospects over days, weeks, or months.
- Build trust through educational, relationship-focused communication rather than pressure-based selling.
- Keep prospects engaged until they are ready to move forward.
- Document all interactions and follow-up activities within the CRM.
Appointment Setting
- Schedule qualified consultations with the owners of the business.
- Confirm appointments to maximize attendance.
- Ensure smooth handoffs by maintaining accurate notes and client records.
CRM & Administrative Support
- Maintain organized records of leads, conversations, appointments, and follow-up tasks.
- Update CRM information accurately and consistently.
- Track lead progress throughout the sales pipeline.
Business Development
- Engage with new Instagram followers through direct messages to initiate conversations and identify potential opportunities.
- Conduct outreach to referral partners, including architects, builders, general contractors, real estate professionals, and other luxury service providers.
- Support ongoing lead generation efforts through relationship-based outreach.
Qualifications & Skills
Must Have
- Near-native English with excellent verbal and written communication skills and minimal accent.
- Exceptional phone presence with the ability to build rapport naturally with affluent clients and executives.
- Experience in appointment setting, lead qualification, customer success, sales, or consultative client-facing roles.
- Strong follow-up discipline with the ability to nurture leads over extended sales cycles.
- Comfortable discussing budgets and qualifying prospects confidently without sounding apologetic or overly aggressive.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work during Pacific Time business hours.
- Availability to work approximately 20 hours per week with flexibility to transition into full-time as business needs grow.
