As the Analyst, Talent Acquisition Program and Compliance, you will be supporting a large recruiting team by providing a variety of important administrative tasks. You will have a direct and impactful role in the overall success of the team. What you’ll do on a typical day:

  • Adjudication of background screening
  • Audit staffing agencies background check process
  • Mange data collection related to annual demographics and reporting needs
  • Provide support to various compliance projects related to background screenings and I9’s
  • Coordinate events and manage projects for the team

What you need to succeed at GXO:

At a minimum, you’ll need:

  • 3-5 years of experience in human resources, legal professional or related area
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environment and prioritize workload to meet deadlines

It’d be great if you also have:

  • Associate degree or equivalent related work or military experience
  • Understanding of DOT drug and alcohol testing regulations, including pre-employment testing procedures and requirements
  • Positive, can-do attitude; willingness to contribute ideas and expertise
  • Proven ability to be deadline-oriented and results-driven
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Solid research and problem solving-skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
