Analyst, Payroll LATAM

We are currently seeking an Analyst, Payroll LATAM to join our global Payroll team. In this role, you will be responsible for the timely and accurate processing of payroll across multiple countries within the Latin American region, ensuring compliance with local regulations while delivering an exceptional employee experience.



What You'll Do

  • Process payroll accurately and on time across seven Latin American countries.
  • Maintain payroll-related data, including salaries, taxes, pensions, and social security information within Workday and third-party payroll systems.
  • Reconcile payroll data between internal and external systems to ensure consistency and accuracy.
  • Administer year-end tax activities and employee tax document distribution in accordance with local requirements.
  • Support expatriate payroll processes and coordinate with external tax partners as needed.
  • Manage payroll documentation and confidential records in compliance with company policies, data security requirements, and retention guidelines.
  • Respond to employee payroll inquiries through the LATAM Payroll shared mailbox, maintaining a high level of customer service.
  • Partner with Finance, Accounting, FP&A, Internal Audit, and HR teams to resolve payroll-related questions and reconciliation activities.
  • Maintain productive working relationships with labor unions where applicable.
  • Support SOX compliance activities, including payroll controls, audit testing, and reporting requirements.
  • Contribute to process improvements that enhance payroll accuracy, efficiency, and compliance.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 2-3 years of payroll experience, preferably supporting multiple countries or regions.
  • Working knowledge of payroll legislation, tax requirements, and statutory compliance practices.
  • Experience utilizing payroll and HRIS solutions such as Workday, Safeguard, ADP Streamline, or ADP Expert is strongly preferred.
  • International payroll experience is highly desirable.
  • Intermediate English proficiency with the ability to communicate effectively in a global business environment.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.
