AI Summary

Manage day-to-day Amazon FBA operations and lead projects from planning through execution, keeping priorities, deadlines, and deliverables on track. Monitor performance, resolve operational issues, improve workflows and processes, and take initiative to support business growth.

Are you an Amazon FBA pro who loves turning chaos into systems, solving problems, and getting things done? We're looking for a sharp, driven operator to help run day-to-day operations, lead projects, and make a real impact on a growing e-commerce business.

This isn't a role for someone who just wants to tick boxes. It's for someone who takes ownership, learns fast, sweats the details, and wants to grow into something bigger.

About the Company:

Location: Philippines - Fully Remote

Your Mission: Day to Day Responsibilities

  • Own day-to-day Amazon FBA operations and keep things running smoothly.

  • Manage projects from planning to execution, keeping priorities, deadlines, and deliverables on track.

  • Monitor operational performance, spot issues early, and turn problems into practical solutions.

  • Improve workflows, systems, and processes to make the business more efficient.

  • Coordinate tasks and follow-ups to ensure nothing falls through the cracks.

  • Identify opportunities for improvement and take initiative rather than waiting to be told what to do.

  • Learn the business deeply, take on increasing responsibility, and help drive its next stage of growth.

Your Toolbox: Skills to be Successful

  • Strong Amazon experience is a must. You understand how Amazon FBA operations work in practice.

  • Proven ability to manage projects, juggle priorities, and follow through.

  • Sharp analytical thinking and exceptional attention to detail.

  • A fast learner who can absorb feedback, adapt quickly, and figure things out.

  • Highly driven, hardworking, organized, and comfortable taking ownership.

  • Humble enough to learn, confident enough to take initiative, and committed to doing great work.

  • Reliable, trustworthy, and interested in building a long-term working relationship.

Experience level: Junior-to-mid or mid-level is ideal. More experienced candidates are welcome, too — the right mindset matters more than a fancy title. We're looking for someone eager to learn, grow, and build something meaningful.

Your Perks: What's in it for you

  • Additional performance bonuses on top of base compensation

  • A genuine opportunity to grow your skills, responsibilities, and career.

  • Meaningful ownership of real business operations and projects.

  • Investment in your development, with room to learn quickly and take on more.

  • An international opportunity open to talented candidates worldwide.
