Track 1: Software Engineering Intern (Full Stack or Mobile)

Overview

As a Software Engineering Intern, you will work directly alongside our engineering and product teams to design, ship, and optimize core web and mobile applications powering Wing’s ecosystem. You’ll write production-ready code, deploy AI-driven features, and help solve complex engineering challenges.

Key Responsibilities

  • Full Stack Development: Build and maintain scalable web apps using modern frameworks (React/Next.js, Node.js, Python/Django, or LAMP/PHP stacks).

  • Mobile Development: Support iOS/Android app features using React Native, Flutter, or native frameworks.

  • AI & Integration: Assist in integrating LLMs, REST APIs, and third-party automation tools into production workflows.

  • Quality & Performance: Participate in code reviews, debug technical issues, and optimize application speed and UI responsiveness.


Track 2: AI Product Management Intern (Growth / AI Product)

Overview

As an AI Product Management Intern, you will bridge technical execution and product strategy. You’ll coordinate cross-functional teams to bring AI-powered features, automation workflows, and product growth initiatives from concept to launch.

Key Responsibilities

  • Product Execution: Define clear feature specs, user stories, and acceptance criteria for AI agents, web tools, and internal automation platforms.

  • Roadmap & Sprint Tracking: Assist engineering and design teams using Agile tools (Linear, Jira, Notion) to keep product releases on schedule.

  • Growth & Optimization: Analyze feature usage data, gather user feedback, and iterate on onboarding/growth funnels to improve adoption.

  • AI Feature Benchmarking: Test emerging AI models, tools, and workflows to identify immediate implementation opportunities for Wing.

 


Track 3: Customer Success & Operations Intern

Overview

As a Customer Success & Operations Intern, you will be at the heart of Wing’s business engine. You’ll help onboard new business clients, streamline operations, and ensure an exceptional user experience across our platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Onboarding & Retention: Support client kickoff processes, build knowledge base guides, and track customer feedback and churn risks.

  • Operational Process Automation: Identify bottlenecks in day-to-day operations and help automate repetitive workflows using tools like Zapier, Make, or CRM systems.

  • Support & Escalations: Monitor customer communication channels, resolve inquiries, and collaborate with technical teams to fix client-facing issues.

  • Reporting & Analytics: Track key operational metrics (CSAT, response times, task turnaround) to present actionable insights to leadership.

 


Track 4: Go-To-Market & Marketing Intern (Growth, Content, Partnerships)

Overview

As a GTM & Marketing Intern, you will fuel Wing’s growth funnel through creative storytelling, strategic partnerships, and performance-driven growth experiments across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Growth & Performance: Plan and execute micro-campaigns to drive lead generation across SEO, paid ads, and social channels (LinkedIn, X, YouTube).

  • Content Creation: Produce engaging posts, blog articles, newsletter copy, case studies, and visual assets highlighting Wing's AI capabilities.

  • Partnership Outreach: Research potential B2B partners, affiliates, and influencers; manage outreach pipelines and follow-ups.

  • Analytics & Attribution: Track campaign performance, click-through rates, and conversion metrics to double down on high-ROI channels.
