AI and Workflow Automation Specialist

Job Description

We are looking for an AI and Workflow Automation Specialist to identify repetitive business processes and turn them into secure, reliable automated workflows. You will work across teams to connect business applications, design AI-assisted processes, and measure the operational impact of automation.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Map existing workflows and identify opportunities for automation.

• Build integrations using platforms such as Make, Zapier, or n8n.

• Connect CRM, marketing, support, and internal business systems.

• Create AI-assisted workflows using approved models and APIs.

• Implement validation, error handling, monitoring, and human review.

• Document workflow logic, permissions, dependencies, and processes.

• Test automations before deployment and resolve issues.

• Train users and provide ongoing workflow support.

• Monitor time savings, failure rates, and business outcomes.

• Follow security, privacy, and data-governance requirements.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Demonstrable experience building production workflow automations.

• Experience with APIs, webhooks, and structured data such as JSON.

• Hands-on experience with at least one automation platform.

• Ability to understand, map, and document business processes.

• Strong troubleshooting and stakeholder-management skills.

• Understanding of responsible handling of customer and company data.

NICE TO HAVE

• Experience with Python or JavaScript.

• Familiarity with AI APIs, retrieval systems, or AI agents.

• Experience integrating CRM or customer support platforms.

• Knowledge of authentication methods such as OAuth.

• Experience measuring the business impact of automation initiatives.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

$75,000–$105,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
