Compensation: Competitive Base Salary + Performance Incentive
Total Compensation Potential: Up to $120,000
Vehicle Allowance: $800 USD/month

What You'll Do

Manage and grow an established portfolio of veterinary partnerships.
Conduct regular customer visits, strategic business reviews and service consultations.
Identify opportunities to expand existing customer relationships.
Become a trusted advisor by understanding each customer's business and recommending solutions that support their success.
Partner closely with Business Development Managers to ensure seamless onboarding of new customers.
Build and maintain customer activity using CRM technology.
Achieve or exceed customer retention, revenue growth and activity objectives.
Represent Gateway at veterinary conferences, networking events and industry trade shows.

Become the trusted relationship manager for your assigned veterinary partners.
Strengthen customer engagement and satisfaction across your territory.
Expand Gateway's services within existing customer accounts.
Consistently achieve customer retention and revenue objectives.

Is This You?

3+ years of account management, customer success or consultative B2B sales experience.
Proven success building and growing long-term customer relationships.
Experience managing a geographic sales territory.
Strong communication, presentation and consultative selling skills.
Experience using Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics or similar CRM platforms.
Veterinary, healthcare, medical device, pharmaceutical or related industry experience is an asset.
Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel throughout the assigned territory.
