The Capacity Planning function sits in the Operations department of Pearson VUE. The Advanced Associate Test Centre Support role is responsible for managing the site availability processes including creating schedule data and entering these in the testing system. The Advanced Associate Test Centre Support is also responsible to ensure that all client and candidate expectations are met. The role will act as an advisor to stakeholders offering strategic capacity planning advice with the goal of increasing utilisation and increased volume of testing to the benefit of Pearson VUE and third-party partners.

Key Activities
80% Capacity Management
• Assist with day-to-day planning and site management. Perform associated client data analysis.
• Foster relationships with test delivery partners in order to build long term mutually beneficial improvements
• Search out areas to focus the team’s experience and knowledge with a view to making the most impact
• Provide guidance to partners to assist them to increase efficiency and throughput
• Manage test centre schedules and blocks to ensure client KPIs and forecasts are met
• Create and maintain documentation of all team tools and processes
• Assist with the development and continuous improvement of the event testing systems and processes
• Participate in long and short term event planning, scheduling and blocking projects
10% Data Analysis and Reporting Management
• Work with other departments to determine client needs and assist them in providing information or determine requirements for any enhancements.
• Coordinate team projects for client and site analysis. Provide stakeholders with summary of information and status or communicate changes.
• Determine and adjust testing centre schedules and communicate with partners

Working Arrangements
• 37.5 hours per week, a commitment to peak time requirement may be required to fulfil project needs. This may incur weekends and evening working.
