Accounting Manager

This is a remote position.

We have a consulting opportunity with a confidential, high-growth technology company seeking an experienced Accounting Manager Consultant. This is a remote engagement with the potential for temp-to-hire and will provide hands-on accounting support as the organization continues to scale rapidly.

Requirements

• 8+ years of progressive, hands-on accounting experience
  
• Strong operational accounting experience, including GL, journal entries, accruals, bank reconciliations, and account reconciliations
  
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP
  
• Ability to independently manage accounting activities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  
• Strong communication skills, professional presence, and proactive approach to problem-solving
  
• Ability to quickly assess priorities, take ownership, and drive work through completion
  

Preferred Requirements:

• CPA
  
• Experience within insurance, FinTech, SaaS, or another high-growth technology environment
  
• NetSuite experience
  
• Exposure to AI, automation, or technology-enabled accounting process improvements
  
• Prior consulting or interim accounting experience
