Job Summary:

If you are driven by the potential money you can make with an extremely generous comp plan, then take a close look at this opportunity! Account Managers are paid a base salary of $35,000-$45,000 annually PLUS an UNCAPPED commission which puts a six figure income within reach over time.

The Account Manager is responsible for driving sales to new and prospective customers throughout the US. This position requires knowledge of the generic pharmaceutical products themselves as well as an understanding of the pharmacy market overall. Your day will be spent gaining rapport with pharmacies across the nation and offering value as a secondary source for their generics. This job involves consistent sales opportunities from customers you bring on board and over time, cold calling will be replaced by customers looking forward to hearing from you daily. Applicants should be enthusiastic, goal-orientated, and driven to succeed. Training will be provided along with leads and daily/weekly coaching. You will also meet with management and your team every morning for ideas, celebrate successes and have a little fun before starting your day! This is a full-time, at -home based position and we will provide the equipment necessary to carry out your responsibilities. Account Managers are paid a base salary plus commission.

Responsibilities:

  • This is an at home tele-sales role which requires 60+ calls per day to targeted independent retail pharmacies across the US
  • Drive new business with prospects and develop relationships to maximize growth
  • Achieve daily and monthly sales goals for Sales Revenue, Outbound Calls, Talk Time, and other key performance indicators
  • Actively offer products to accounts, negotiate price and quantity, and place sales orders
  • Provide customer feedback to management on pricing, availability, product preference, and other topics as necessary
  • Demonstrate positivity and enthusiasm through customer and team interactions
  • Work with other members of the team and management to ensure communal success
