Account Executive, Mid-Market | Dutch Market

Your job

As an Account Executive for the Netherlands Mid-Market team, you will act as a strategic talent advisor, moving beyond traditional recruitment advertising to build value-driven partnerships. You will engage directly with C-suite executives and senior HR leaders to uncover the true financial impact of their hiring gaps, demonstrating how Indeed’s suite of AI-driven solutions can solve their most complex business challenges.

Operating within a high-performance culture, your day-to-day will involve full-cycle sales execution—from proactively prospecting white-space accounts to deepening relationships within an existing book of business. By leveraging market data and executing a value-based selling methodology, you will construct compelling ROI cases that position Indeed as an indispensable engine for your clients' commercial growth.

Who you are

• Build and develop account relationships and close sales efficiently 
• Evaluate and assess trends to present monthly analytics reports to your clients
• Target potential revenue opportunities (cold call) and build a pipeline to achieve quota
• Conduct live product demonstrations over the phone and via webinar
• Develop relationships through phone, email, social media, and professional networking
• Drive growth on existing spenders by selling our core products

Who we are

• Requires a minimum of 4 years of related experience, or a Bachelor's degree.
• You are motivated to hunt (cold-call), and educate - you're not easily intimidated by new relationships
• Exceptional written and verbal communication, telephone etiquette, and delivering engaging presentations.
• You have a data-focused and self-motivated approach
• The aptitude to learn and apply new concepts 
• Fluency in Dutch and English

The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Indeed salary range for this position in the given work location. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range(s) listed is just one component of Indeed's total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include quarterly bonuses, Restricted Stock Units (RSUs), a Paid Time Off policy, and many region-specific benefits.

Tier 2 - Ireland 34,000 - 51,000 EUR per year
