As an Accommodation Revenue Manager at TUI Group, you'll play a crucial role in supporting business growth and market share by managing availability, sourcing competitive offers, and maintaining strong hotel partner relationships with higher commercial responsibility.

This role supports the ABC Islands (Aruba, Bonaire and Curaçao) and can be based in either the Caribbean or the Netherlands. Fluency in Dutch is required.

Managing availability across assigned destinations is a key responsibility, where you'll optimize inventory control by challenging proposed stop sales, requesting extra allocation, and reducing release periods.
Supporting regional trading performance involves monitoring market trends, competitor activities, and booking patterns to implement strategic pricing decisions that maximize revenue.
We'll rely on you to implement systematic tracking of availability and offers activity, providing regular reporting and insights to drive data-informed decision making.
Building and maintaining strong hotelier relationships is essential, as you'll provide dedicated support on availability management and pricing strategies to ensure mutual commercial success.
You'll identify corrective actions to maximize sales and profitability through continuous improvement of competitive accommodation offers, considering source market targets and available flight seats.
You have demonstrated ability to negotiate and influence effectively with accommodation partners to deliver strong commercial results.
Strong commercial acumen and highly analytical thinking skills enable you to interpret market and performance data to inform strategic decisions.
You bring proven experience in availability management and yield optimization to maximize revenue opportunities.
Good relationship-building capabilities allow you to establish credibility with accommodation partners and internal stakeholders.
A service-oriented mindset with a strong customer focus helps you deliver exceptional results for our guests.
