At estie Inc., we are building the future of the commercial real estate industry by combining one of Japan's largest commercial real estate datasets with cutting-edge AI technologies.

We are looking for a Software Engineer to join our Real Estate AI Lab, where you'll focus on transforming AI models into scalable, production-ready software that delivers real value to customers. Rather than researching AI models themselves, your mission is to build and operate AI-powered products—from Proof of Concept (PoC) and MVP development to full-scale commercial deployment.

Working with technologies such as LLMs, Generative AI, and MLOps, you will help accelerate digital transformation across one of Japan's largest industries.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop AI-powered products through rapid software engineering
  
• Design and implement AI models and data pipelines
  
• Build and operate MLOps environments, including CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, and alerting
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional product teams to develop AI applications
  
• Lead AI product planning, PoC development, and MVP implementation
  
• Work closely with business stakeholders to define AI use cases and product requirements
  
• Design and develop innovative AI products that maximize customer value
  
• Continuously improve products based on customer feedback and market needs

Requirements

Required Qualifications

• Extensive professional experience in software development
  
• Strong understanding of software engineering principles and best practices
  
• Experience improving system reliability, scalability, maintainability, and code quality
  
• Experience selecting appropriate architectures and technologies based on business requirements using multiple programming languages and frameworks
  
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including business stakeholders, engineers, and designers
  
• Experience leading development projects from PoC through production release
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs)
  
• Experience using Generative AI APIs such as the ChatGPT API
  
• Experience building and operating MLOps environments
  
• Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or other container technologies
  
• Experience designing and operating CI/CD pipelines
  
• Development experience in startups or new business ventures
  
• Experience working in fast-paced, small engineering teams

• Annual Salary: Up to ¥15,000,000
