Support commercial claims from intake through closure by preparing carrier notices, gathering documentation, tracking deadlines and responses, and coordinating with clients, carriers, counsel, and vendors. Maintain complete claim files, assist with coverage and litigation support, prepare claims reporting, and help improve claims processes and automated workflows.
Manage commercial claims end to end for assigned accounts, including loss intake, carrier reporting, adjuster follow-up, reserve and resolution discussions, and client claim reviews. Develop claims procedures and reporting materials, advocate for progress with carriers, TPAs, and defense counsel, and provide claims insights to support renewals and new business.
