Lead the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for a specific product area, blending digital capabilities with human-assisted services. Manage and coach a team of Product Managers while partnering with cross-functional leaders to drive measurable business and customer outcomes.

Define and build the internal systems, workflows, and decisioning infrastructure that power Wave's payments operations. You will own the strategy and roadmap for tools used by Risk, Fraud, Compliance, Support, Finance, and Payments Operations teams.

The Product Designer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create user-centered experiences for micro business owners. Responsibilities include conducting research, developing prototypes, and maintaining design system libraries to simplify financial management.

Perform complex fraud investigations and assess chargeback risks for small business owners. Identify risk exposure and implement process improvements to minimize fraudulent activities and compliance violations.

The Staff Engineer will lead the architectural strategy for SaaS solutions, focusing on scaling distributed systems and optimizing PostgreSQL databases. This role involves driving technical roadmaps, mentoring senior talent, and collaborating across teams to ensure system reliability and performance.
