The Director will serve as a strategic financial advisor to healthcare executive teams and lead complex CFO engagements. They are also responsible for mentoring consultants, driving business development, and refining the firm's CFO service delivery model.

Advise healthcare organizations on strategy development, organizational transformation, and transaction advisory initiatives. Develop sophisticated financial models and analytical frameworks to support executive decision-making and strategic business opportunities.

The Grant Writing Coordinator is responsible for researching funding opportunities and developing persuasive grant proposals for clients. They serve as a primary point of contact for clients to ensure proposals are compliant and submitted on time.

Lead and support transactional and operational legal matters, providing risk-balanced advice on contracts, acquisitions, and corporate governance. Manage the intellectual property portfolio, employment law compliance, and coordinate with outside counsel for litigation and insurance renewals.
