Lead end-to-end executive searches for portfolio companies by partnering with CEOs and board teams. Drive the adoption of GenAI-enabled recruiting workflows and manage relationships with external search firms.

The Manager will oversee the operations of private equity funds, including performance reporting, fund modeling, and credit facility management. They will also support investment execution, fundraising efforts, and ensure compliance with Limited Partnership Agreements.

Contribute to the development and testing of production AI agents within the Agentic Factory framework. Manage the operational delivery and coordination of concurrent AI builds across multiple portfolio companies.

Lead the technology transformation of Legal and Compliance operations by implementing AI, automation, and data-driven process redesigns. Develop a multi-year roadmap to modernize workflows and reduce dependency on external vendors.

Embed within engineering organizations to deliver production outcomes and build advanced agentic workflows on accelerated timelines. Partner with engineering leadership to scope high-leverage opportunities and contribute reusable accelerators to the firm's shared playbooks.

This role involves partnering with portfolio company technology teams to identify and lead the end-to-end delivery of AI agent implementations using the Agentic Factory methodology, targeting MVP delivery in under a quarter. Key duties also include designing scalable, resilient, and secure AI platforms leveraging public cloud services while defining standards for AI model development and governance.
