The Business Analyst will own and administer the firm's marketing technology stack, serving as the primary subject-matter expert for tools used by marketing and investor relations teams. They will also partner with stakeholders to gather requirements, improve fundraising processes, and leverage AI and automation to drive operational efficiency.

The Associate Director will serve as the primary technology liaison for Legal, Compliance, and Regulatory teams, managing the firm's compliance technology stack. They will drive system implementations, oversee platform operations, and partner with stakeholders to automate workflows and ensure regulatory alignment.

Embed within engineering organizations to deliver production outcomes and build advanced agentic workflows on accelerated timelines. Partner with engineering leadership to scope high-leverage opportunities and contribute reusable accelerators to the firm's shared playbooks.

This role involves partnering with portfolio company technology teams to identify and lead the end-to-end delivery of AI agent implementations using the Agentic Factory methodology, targeting MVP delivery in under a quarter. Key duties also include designing scalable, resilient, and secure AI platforms leveraging public cloud services while defining standards for AI model development and governance.
